All Inugami products are handmade to order in our London studio.. Manufacturing times for products are listed below:
Collars & Leads - 2 - 3 weeks
Harnesses - 3 - 4 weeks
Custom Orders - 5 - 6 weeks

Estimated domestic shipping is 2 - 3 working days
Estimated international shipping is 5 - 7 working days

All our items are shipped using domestic and international Royal Mail tracked and signed service.

TAX / CUSTOM FEES
Your package may be subject to additional custom fees, import taxes or other fees charged by your local destination or government when purchasing overseas. Inugami Limited is not responsible for any customs, duties, taxes or fees you may incur during delivery when receiving goods internationally.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the nature of our company we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any of our goods, unless they are faulty.
If you wish to cancel an order that has been placed please inform us by emailing directly within 48 hours of purchase.
All of our products are made to order in our London studio therefore we do not accept returns on bespoke items.
If, however, the product is in someway defective or not as described, we can offer an exchange or a refund within 30 days from when you received your item. All delivery and return postage charges will also be refunded along with the any other returns within 14 days.
Refunds will only occur if the returned items are unworn and unused. Please re-package carefully to ensure minimal damage.
A returned package is the customer's responsibility until we receive it. If products are returned in an improper manner, a full refund may not be accepted.
